Grace Filiss

Since 2010, Grace has dedicated her career to the field of eating disorders. She has held various roles in operations and outreach across different levels of care, including outpatient, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization. This extensive experience has provided her with a deep understanding of eating disorder treatment across the spectrum and a robust network of resources nationwide.
With a fervent commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Grace took the lead in establishing the DEI committee at a prominent Eating Disorder program in Colorado. The committee's primary goal was to enhance the organization's ability to support underrepresented communities effectively. She currently holds the Certified Diversity Professional (CDP)® certification from the Institute of Diversity Certification and serves as a founding member of the Colorado Community Collaborative for Eating Disorders, as well as a dedicated Board Member of The Eating Disorder Foundation.

Tom Walker

With a dedicated passion for behavioral health, Keeley Morris has been in the behavioral health field since 2006. Her extensive experience spans all levels of care, ranging from forensic settings to specialized areas such as eating disorders. Keeley is a seasoned professional, well-versed in crisis intervention, de-escalation techniques, and is particularly skilled in fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within mental health practices.
Keeley discovered her true calling in Admissions, intake, and outreach, where her commitment to ensuring patients receive the right care is unwavering. In a complex mental health system, Keeley takes on the responsibility to guide individuals through the process, ensuring they do not get lost in the intricate web of services.
Away from the professional realm, Keeley finds solace and rejuvenation in nature. She is often unreachable, happily immersed in the mountains, engaging in activities such as hiking, camping, and capturing the beauty of the outdoors through her camera lens. With her family and loyal dog by her side, Keeley embraces the serenity of these moments, reflecting her balanced approach to life.

Karen Cramer, LCDC, LPC

Nikki Soda is a highly accomplished advocate and strategic marketer with a strong background in the behavioral health field. She possesses an MS in Addiction Policy from Georgetown University and has amassed 10 years of experience in this domain. Passionate about advocacy and public policy, Nikki actively engages in volunteering and community initiatives to make a meaningful impact. Currently serving as the Director of Membership and State Advocacy for the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers (NAATP), she leverages her expertise to lead productive discussions with industry leaders and conducts comprehensive tours of treatment centers nationwide.
Through these experiences, she has gained a profound understanding of the substance use disorder treatment landscape. Nikki has excelled in various leadership roles, including Director of Business Development and Marketing for renowned treatment facilities. In addition, she has overseen multiple alumni programs while serving on the board of the Treatment Professionals and Alumni Services. Her diverse responsibilities in creating and managing a treatment center start-up have honed her skills in admissions, policy development, procedure implementation, and business growth. 
As a result, Nikki has built an impressive reputation and is frequently sought after for client placement recommendations. Residing in Jupiter, FL, Nikki enjoys a spending time outdoors with her husband, daughter and their Great Dane, Sophie.

Ryan Sturdevant

Ryan brings over a decade of diverse experience in the mental health and substance use disorder field.  His mission is to leverage his knowledge to facilitate access to care while advocating for appropriate healthcare resources for those in need. As a clinical mental health counselor, his career journey has encompassed various roles including a leading successful business development and marketing teams for enterprise national programs, spearheading programming as the clinical director of a co-occurring program, and contributing to the training of therapists and professionals to enhance LGBTQ+ inclusivity and competency in healthcare provision.  Ryan has successfully built referral partnerships with unique markets, including pilots, flight attendants and railroad unions.  He currently lives in Fort Collins, Colorado with his husband Morgan and daughter Ellis.
Tom Walker brings more than two decades of behavioral healthcare management expertise and personal recovery experience to Foundry Steamboat and the Colorado recovery community. Walker’s experiences providing direct counseling care, representing programs as an outreach professional, and co-founding a successful Washington DC area intensive outpatient practice inform his expansive knowledge of behavioral healthcare theory, practice, and operation. Walker’s recovery career includes roles as a business consultant, staunch ally and advocate for individuals and families, and a board member for recovery-supportive nonprofit and community organizations. Tom’s belief in the importance of recovery-oriented systems of care and trauma-informed treatment drew him to Foundry Steamboat, where he can fulfill his calling by advancing its Trauma-Integrated Care model. Tom’s recreational therapies include all forms of motorsport, hiking, snowboarding, and reveling in the outdoors. He lives with his wife Leigh, son Colton, and dog Whipple.

Keeley Morris

Karen Cramer is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in software sales, clinical leadership, and team management. With extensive experience in both behavioral health and software industries, Karen has consistently demonstrated her ability to drive results and lead teams to success.
During her tenure at Harmony Foundation, Inc. in Estes Park, CO, Karen served as the Director of Strategic Outreach and Case Management Services. In this role, she facilitated bi-monthly counseling meetings, provided supervision and training to team members, and collaborated with admissions to ensure client appropriateness for residential care. Karen's expertise in program delivery, compliance, and Salesforce implementation significantly contributed to the organization's success.
Prior to her work at Harmony Foundation, Karen was at Windhaven Counseling Center in Addison, TX, where she assisted in opening an Intensive Outpatient Clinic (IOP) and provided counseling services to individuals and families affected by substance use and mental health disorders. Her dedication to client care and marketing initiatives played a pivotal role in the success of the IOP program.
Karen's passion for counseling and commitment to excellence were evident during her time as a Graduate Student Intern at the SMU Center for Family Counseling in Plano, TX. There, she counseled a multicultural adult population, engaged in peer supervision, and provided case management services, demonstrating her ability to deliver high-quality care while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. With her strong background in software sales, both sales and clinical leadership, and CRM management, Karen Cramer is well-equipped to make a meaningful impact in any organization she serves.

Justin Barclay

Justin is an alumnus of Harmony Foundation with over 20 years of experience in the addiction treatment and recovery field. Utilizing his own personal recovery and his experience in both admissions and aftercare, Justin has helped individuals and families find the right resources to support their recovery journey.
Justin has been a member of the Harmony Team since August 2014. He leads multiple dedicated work groups including Admissions, Administrative Services, and Utilization Review, Contract Negotiations & Compliance. These teams work collaboratively with Harmony staff, families, and professional referrals in ushering clients into treatment as well as advocating for the appropriate level of care that is needed. In addition to these teams, Justin also works collaboratively with our insurance partners in managing our In Network contracts.
